14-day return policy

1. Withdrawal Period

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without providing a reason. Fill in the Withdrawal form.

2. Condition of Goods

The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by using the item. To verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the buyer should handle and use the item only as they would be permitted to do in a physical store.

3. Submission Process

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted (form available on the website) and sent to shop@audiotehnika.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

4. Return Deadline

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that the goods were handed over to a logistics company within that period.

5. Collection Exception

The buyer does not need to return the goods via a logistics company if Audiotehnika.ee has agreed to collect the goods themselves.

6. Refunds

Upon receiving the withdrawal application, Audiotehnika.ee will refund all fees received from the buyer, including delivery costs, immediately but no later than within 30 days.

7. Shipping Costs

If the buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered, the store is not required to refund the cost exceeding standard delivery.

8. Return Expenses

The buyer bears all direct costs associated with returning the goods.
